i fix the problem of 2 user pic by deleting the old one but still how to apply the sky and the shellstyles?????????????????

Where is the instruction file? I found a program to translate from Russian but I see no text files anywhere. I installed the WB skin but have no idea how to do anything else

The skin looks great. But when i un-sip the .rar file there are no .wba files only .exe Could you possible release just the .wba files instead of the .exe file Alot of people don't like running .exe files. Cheers :)

The wba file is inside the vista folder, but still no instruction sheet haha. The styler is an exe file as well and i know whatcha mean about installing them, thats why i want to find the instructions
